Start by completing our online assessment to determine your eligibility. Our specialist nurse will review your application within 24 hours. If approved, you'll choose your plan and treatment, and your medication will be delivered to your door within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail.
Adults aged 18–75 (over 75 via Clinician-Led programme) with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27+ with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or obstructive sleep apnoea. Ethnicity-adjusted BMI thresholds may apply.
GIP and GLP-1 medications, prescribed and monitored by our clinical team, are clinically proven. Mounjaro users can lose up to 22.5% of body weight (SURMOUNT-1 trial), and Wegovy users average ~15%. All treatments are MHRA-approved and prescribed only after a thorough medical assessment.

Certain conditions may affect eligibility, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, history of pancreatitis, medullary thyroid carcinoma, severe gastrointestinal disorders, severe renal impairment, liver disease, or a history of eating disorders. In the UK, GLP-1 medications are regulated by the MHRA and require a prescription from a qualified healthcare professional. Our specialist nurses review every application and prescribe the most suitable treatment for you via our GPhC-registered partner pharmacy (DAM Pharmacy, GPhC reg: 9012599).
Once your application is reviewed and approved by our nurse (within 24 hours of reaching 'Processing' status), your prescription is sent to our pharmacy. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered by Royal Mail within 2–4 working days.
